Repair of the wooden cladding of the building.

I need a repair to be done to the wooden cladding of the house, which started to come off the building. I have the gutters removed at present and the painting of the sofit is in progress. I have discovered that a few wooden? pieces of cladding has started coming off. As the cladding is damaged, fixing it with nails is not enough. The cladding has to be changed. As shown on the pictures it is damaged in 3 places. There are also holes above a cladding exposing the space between the house and the concrete garage. This needs to be covered. The job is quite urgent as it needs to be done before the new gutters are put on. I also need the other panels to be checked if they need any additional nails. Thank you. Ula
