manhole skirting plus gib repair

we had to cut an access hole in a ceiling. I figure the easiest way to patch is to fit some skirting around it so that the piece of gib we cut out can sit on top of it. the hole is approx 400x500mm. we also need a separate patch made to a ceiling hole in the corner of our garage (to be ready for gib stopping or bonus if you can tape and plaster it yourself). that hole is approx 500x550mm. job is in city centre but parking is available.
