3.75m x 6m deck service / restoration

Our 3.75 meter x 6 meter deck is looking a bit tired and needs a re-seal / servicing (see attached pictures). As you can see, the deck is in generally good condition, however, some of the decking boards have warped - leaving a slightly uneven deck surface. Half of the decking boards (nearest to the house) are ok. However, as you can see in the pictures, the portion of the deck (closest to the garden) is made up of multiple pieces of decking board for each row and these are in average condition and are starting to crack. I think one of the joists is beginning to rot but I'm not sure whether it's so far gone that it needs to be replaced. I would like someone to help me work on this project to: - replace (or clamp to straighten) any warped deck boards - I think there's around 4 that are warped. - replace / strengthen joist (if necessary). - I would also like to extend the trellis by half a meter so that there isn't a drop by the steps. - clean & re-seal deck.
