Floors

We have moved around our kitchen, and now the floor is a bit of a mess. We want to get it leveled out and have a hatch put in as our only under floor access is in there. Once that is done we want to put on some kind of covering, either at the same time or after depending on what is easiest. We also have our laundry in a cupboard, and the floor is soft. It is made from particle board and there has been a leak. We want to get a reinforced base in there so that the washing machine has a solid base.
