floor board repair due to water leakage

Due to the exterior roof gutter plastered onto the Chimney when the house was build instead of leaving a gap between the house wall and the gutter, the water has penetrated the plaster wall over the years and run down the timber framing and left the floorboard on one side water damaged. Floor board needs to be replaced, pink bats placed back between timber framing and the wall plastered shut and panted again (60x60cm). Not a huge damage but need a BUILDER for replacing the damaged floor board.
