Replace timber facing on soffit

The timber that runs along the front downstairs of the eaves of our townhouse is rotting where mitre joins sit between each piece. It looks like the timber was possibly not properly treated. The structural timber that forms the roof and exterior frame appears fine. We'd like the lengths of timber replaced.
