Bay Window Roofs & other exterior repair work

In preparation for painting our 1925 weatherboard house, we need the following repair work done: - We have three bay windows that we would like to add wood shingles to the roof (similar to neighbour - see photo). One of the roofs has rotted a bit and may need replacing. Also complete shingles below window for two of them. - A piece of soffit needs repair at the junction to our new addition - Tidy up to the door accessing our under-house storage area We would appreciate a bit of a 'once-over' of the house and will consider additional repair work that may be noticed.
