The work itself was great. Although the builder didn’t speak any English we were able to communicate via Google translate. Very pleased with the lock that was used. Cash was given for the job, as suggested, and ever since then I’ve had nothing but issues. Was promised a receipt on day of job and this never came. Have received multiple ‘overdue’ invoices and despite reassurances it would be sorted, it still hasn’t been - more than 1 month later. Very upsetting as I need receipt for WINZ

For one reason or another, he eventually finished the job a month later... He had long explanations why but it came down to poor organisation. To me it seeemed a case of our job being a low priority, after we had paid the deposit.
