Bathroom Cupboard Front

I am in need of a joiner to make me up a cupboard front for a bathroom makeover we have done. The size of the cupboard is 700mm wide and 1310 in length. I am hoping for two doors that meet in the middle. This opening would need a frame around it for the hinges to be mounted. It can be of MDF and I have someone who would spray it for me if this simplifies things.
