Broken cabinet hinge

A few days ago a hinge snapped on the cabinet, we bought a replacement but couldn't figure out on how to install it, we bought it matching the looks and we're not sure if it's the right hinge type, the cabinet is now hanging on one hinge, we've already installed the mountain plate but we don't know how to install the main hinge onto it, the hinge is a hafele salice hinge non soft close , 165, and is a concealed version, the photos below are the new hinge we bought that came in a 2 pack
