Expert opinion on pull out pantry

We are requesting an expert opinion on a problem we are facing with our pull out pantry.. The weight on each shelf is around 10-12Kgs. We have tried fixing this multiple times without any luck. Please provide us with your expert opinion of what we can do with this. Ideally we would like to replace it with a pull-out pantry with a warranty. Like Hafele brand or similar. The outer cabinet width is 370mm and the actual pull out is 350mm wide We are happy to pay a call out fee for someone to give an official diagnosis for this problem
