We need a qualified builder to quote for the following; 1. Add partition wall (stud & GIB board) with internal door: height approx. 2.2m, length approx. 3.5m. Preferably with SoundBatts insulation or similar. 2. Add internal access door from garage to hall, this may involve cutting a step as the garage has a structural beam at a height of approximately 1.8m. There are several smaller jobs involved which would be best discussed onsite.

Can't fault Mike and the team, work was done promptly and to a high standard. Great comms where there were questions or options on the job, and everything was left tidy. Recommended wholeheartedly.
