Outdoor steps on decking x 2, extend height on existing fence.

Hi, I am wanting to complete 2 set of outdoor steps, 1 that connects a bedroom to the decking from a platform (about 4 steps) and another set that connects an upper level deck to the lower level. This will also need a gate built as there is a spa pool on the lower deck and we have a young child. Will also need the fence height on the lower deck to be increased as it is currently 1M high. Material from previous deck build available to be utilised.
