Replace rotten jack studs

A recent property inspection found a few jack studs under the house were rotten at their bases. Have been told this is relatively easy to sort out (jack it up, push it out and replace) however, don't want to risk doing damage if done ourselves! Anyone out there that could come and quote please? Easy access with mostly standing height. Area is Laingholm - Titirangi end. Thanks
