Outside stairs on metal runner

We have a steel staircase with stone stepping pads, the steel is rusting away and making the steps wobbly and unsafe. The top step is the worst. We aren’t sure if they need to be replaced entirely or whether they’re salvageable. They join onto a deck that could do with some repairs, supported by foundations with a rusting steel beam that also needs replacing. So ongoing work really! Looking to get stuff sorted sooner rather than later but no definite timeframe. We’ve been mucked around in the past with builders not getting back to us so would appreciate good correspondence! Completely understand if the job doesn’t work for you, just let us know :)
