Repair partly rotted wall

We need a qualified builder to repair our home. Had some flooding last weekend in our downstairs bedroom and laundry. when the gyb came off some of the framing in behind was partly rotten from moisture creeping in with soil right up against the wall. Need base horizontal framing and 1-2 verticals replaced. About 3 meters of horizontal is damaged plus 1-2 vertical 1 m sections under a window. Potentially insurance would take over then but also considering payout so would then list a new job for new gib plus skirting. If the framing can be done soon that would be splendid. Also need some drainage work done outside but assume this is best left to a different tradie and will list a separate job once this bit is done.
