Install Load bearing beam for open plan kitchen/living.

I would like to make my kitchen/lounge open plan. Would like to remove exisiting smaller beams with one long beam about 5.5m and remove (most of) the small load bearing wall (next to stove) and load the bearing post (in the same line). I would like this done this ASAP. I.e.: This week or by next week at the latest. Sparky coming and I need to be able to assess where I can place lighting and plan kitchen place with this beam in place. Also have other jobs you can assess when you come to the property, but have less urgency. (Cladding, framing, etc.) House is now completely gutted (no lining) and vacant (old photo, sorry!). It is about 2-3 mins off the Lincoln rd exit. If you can provide your hourly rate, estimate time to complete and estimate cost on materials, that would be excellent.
