Leak in house

There is a leak on the corner of the house when it pours with rain. At first we thought it was due to blockage of the drainage in the ranch slider but a handyman has advised water appears to be coming up from the ground. Gib board is not wet. House was built 2005 - constructed by polystyrene with plaster (with a cavity). Is someone available this Saturday afternoon 6th Sept to come and have a look and let us know what it might be due to? Willing to pay up to $80 call out fee.

About a days work. 4m long x 12m wide of corrugated iron. Roof is too flat and needs spouting to be unclipped and front face of facsia board (12m) and first roof button to be cut 20mm in height lower. Front row of roof nails need to be removed and replaced with roof screws.

I have a 6m X 4m deck with 4 steps on the 6 meter side, the deck is 630mm high off the ground. I want to cut just over 2m x 2m out of the deck in one corner (including part of the stairs) and drop the level to 200mm off the ground for a spa pool. I then want to build a surrounding for the spa to disguise the base of the spa. Might need a site visit to quote

Construction of a wooden deck

I am looking to build a wooden deck around a newly installed in-ground fibreglass swimming pool. The wood will be 140x19mm (finished) Garapa Kiln dried Hardwood and the size of the deck will be 110 m2. The job is either build only or a build and complete supply of all materials including wood for sub-structure if the material can be sourced cheaper than the quotes I have. Ideally it needs to be completed in the next 1 - 2 months, but I have some flexibility.
