villa extension

I'm just wanting a ballpark indication of the price we would be looking at for putting an extension on a villa, an extra room of approx 4.1m x 5.3 m, with extension of the existing corrugated iron roof. We would want cladding to match the original (broad weatherboard). Probably include installation of 1 window and 1 french door that we would source. We would also source the recycled timber for the flooring for installation, but we would install the gib, light fittings and paint etc ourselves. We are possibly want to change the existing roof line too, extending the the ridgeline of the roof. The current ridgeline only extends midway down the house, then slopes to the back of the house. We possibly would replace the existing corrugated iron for colour-steel at the same time if necessary. I've included photos with a very rough indication as to the alterations (in green).
