Shower installation

We need our current shower removed because it's leaking. Any water damage repaired. We need a wall built to put the new shower in. The wall only needs to be around 1 m wide and up to the ceiling. A new shower installed with trap and mixer and shower head.. Shower will be supplied. A fan and heater installed.
