Flats Renovation Repairs

We have some rot, internal damage on 2 small flats we are renovating. The brief is as follows. -Bathroom to be relined and aqua gibbed. -Shower cubicle to be lined. Ceiling in bathroom to be lined also. Kitchen: Patch as required, re-gib. Install cabinetry and bench top Bedroom: Re-line as necessary Patch floors in bathroom and laundry. Re-line bathroom with Aqualine. Re-line shower cubicle. Reline ceiling. Batts as required on exterior walls. Reline bedroom wall, replace rotten studs. Install kitchen cabinetry and benchtop. Exterior: Head flashings for all exposed exterior windows. Replace/patch bottom cladding where necessary. Soakers to be replace where missing. Gable end to be reclad and new barge boards.
