Repair sagging stair tread

It appears that one stair tread has separated from the riser on a small set of stairs between the hallway and the lounge, so it is sagging when stood on. This is maybe as a result of one or more of the screws no longer holding it in place. The stairs can be accessed from under the house to refix the screws holding the tread to the riser.
