I am thinking of building on a section in Whitby. I am looking at possibly buying a kitset home from A1. What would be the cost for a builder to build VH175 on a gently sloped 2000+ size section see : --- . If the kitset was supplied? Or what would be the cost of building EH152 see: --- but not buying kitset. What would the per sqm cost be to build the house from scratch with nothing supplied, based on the drawings of EH152?
