We have purchased a house in Tawa 1940's and require a builder to do some internal work as we are wanting to remove a few walls and wardrobes etc. We need an immediate start on the 19th October-Site inspection to advise if we can remove the walls we want to and then a start the week after labour weekend for the make good work.
