Knocking out part of a wall and creating a half height wall between 2 rooms, ultimately creating 2 'interconnecting' bedrooms for older boys. Assessing what can and can't be done without council consent and doing all the building works related to the job - including any internal joinery (windows/sliders, etc.). This job could suit a semi-retired builder/handyman or contractor looking for a small filler job. Ideally the person can do all/most of the building and remedial work related to the job.
