Hello, I've been advised by a carpet layer to get a builder to assess the subfloor outside of the bathroom.

Neil was brilliant! Great communication skills, and very skilled in his work. He made sure I knew the step by step process to restoring our subfloor. Lovely guy to deal with and will definitely use again for more jobs.

Flooring substrate was perished on behalf of a prior hot water cylinder leak (no drip tray installed) and a prior laundry tub leak. Decay had spread from laundry to bathroom, both areas were removed, treated and reinstated to NZS3604 current standards.
Wonderful person also, would go back in a heartbeat, cheers Isaac!"
