get rid of concrete paving, level ground, repave or deck, drains also

We live on a slope which slopes down into the back of the house. There is concrete paving out the back of the house which unfortunately was layed sloping towards the house also and its all old and broken up now. Concete area is roughly 12x4 We want this ripped up, ground levelled or slightly sloping away from the house, some drainage added (huge amounts of water come down this hill in winter). Either a deck build over this area or nicely paved. Possible one area covered for a nice bbq area too. We also want a small section of the grass area above this area to be levelled so we can get a small paddling pool/tramp/swings in for our kids. which would probably mean a retaining wall etc. basically looking at someone to come out, give us ideas, tell us what we need and take care of everything.
