New shed/ office build

We are after a 9.6m2 (4m x 2.4m x 2.4m high) “shed” in our backyard, it will be used as a mini office and may put a bed in there. We would like it to be fully insulated, Pre primed cladding, corrugated iron roofing. Wanting bifold doors and two windows at each end however Aluminium and windows will not be required to be installed or included in the quote. Timber skid foundation floor sitting on a paved base which we already have. I have attached a photo as a rough guide however window sizes and design etc will be slightly different.
