Job description
I need the north facing fascia replaced prior to a house paint in mid April. If the work can be timed with the painting company, the necessary scaffolding will be available for the builder to use.

Attention to required additional work on rotting timbers was not overlooked and I was consulted throughout. Holdups due to poor weather were resolved with longer work hours. Other tasks such as painting tricky areas was carried out while scaffolding was in place and costs were clearly stated. Steve and his team were easy to work with and a steady supply of feijoas oiled the wheels (nah, just kidding!)
