Remove Gib/Masonry fire facade & lintel - line with mag board/gib

While replacing the inset fire we found the surround is not masonry and there isnt space for a box so will replace with a freestanding. Scope is to remove the inset fireplace facde and lintel. Open above fire to to roof height and line sides with magnesium fireboard and gib the back wall and ceiling for the new penetration. Possibly pour with self leveler to tile height
