Re-gib and paint toilet walls/ceiling

It's a standard toilet room in a 1970s concrete block flat. Black mold keeps rearing its head and I'm wondering if there may be a leak somewhere but the gib is not soft. Anyway need a quote to remove and dispose plasterboard and floor skirting boards. Install new Aqualine gib and new skirting to match the rest of the skirting in the flat. Plaster and paint (any shade of white is fine) ceiling, walls and skirting.
