Alterations to a property in Avonhead

There are three parts to this job. Feel free to contact me if you want to do one, two or three of those parts. First, replace the patio with a large conservatory (about 8.5m by 3.5m) that matches the style of the house (see photo). Second, convert a small internal garage (about 4.5m by 3.5m) into a lounge but adding an internal wall and door and replacing the garage door with a wall/window (see photo). Third, convert an internal cavity (about 2m x 1m) into a cupboard (see photo). There is an old fireplace hidden behind a wall. Remove the fireplace (bricks and steel chimney), line the cavity, and add a door.
