living room extension

I am wanting to build a two story extension off our kitchen dinning area to create an new living space. I am looking at a two storey extension with a small mezzanine floor above the main living area. I am looking at a footprint of about 7m x 6m or slightly larger. The mezzanine would be partly in the roof space to bring the height of the building down slightly so as not to look to out of place with the rest of the house.
