Gibbing over Fireplace

Need someone to gib over this fireplace and remove the hearth. I need it to be ready to paint and preferably have skirting board the same as in the photo so it looks as though it was original! Please only get in contact if you can quote this week and complete the job in a fortnight. This is a rental property and I want it ready to re-let as soon as I can. Many thanks. PS - Please check as I am loading some other jobs also which you may be able to do. Cheers
