Take up Deck, Replace Rotten Weatherboards, Check drainage. #2

Hi, I have money from EQC to repair my drainage. I would like to take up some of my deck to check the storm water drains at the back of the house and while there to replace the rotten weatherboards and to fill in under the deck with stones- to make a kind of sump as water accumulates there. I would like this work to start asap.
