9m2 Building Extension

Approx 9m2 (3x3) extension over the deck that will bring the french door wall out level with the rear wall (shown right on the photo attached). The two existing walls to the deck will be entirely removed. Concrete ring foundation (approx 260mm high), weatherboard cladding (approx 2600mm high in exterior and internal stud height approx 2500mm). Corrugated iron roof on slight pitch (over flat malthoid). Wanting weatherboard construction along the driveway side (shown left) and will be a glazed door and sliding glass doors along most of the rear wall. I was thinking the extension would have a flat roof. Is an extension of a living area so standard gib wall and ceiling linings. Existing floors are T&G but I'm after a cheap option such as cork tiles or carpet. So no particular fixtures or fittings required to the interior apart from doors/windows. Initially, I want a quote just for constructing the extension excluding the cost of the glazing/installation. I need this to progress with plans for the wider renovations. Will need engineering input to remove these walls. The wider renovations will include kitchen, bathroom and laundry replacement and reconfiguration; removal of another internal wall, epoxy injection to repair cracks to ring foundation (EQC repair); replacement of a drain running length of the property (EQC repair) and decking (if I can afford it). This will form a second quote once I have an estimate for the extension.
