We're getting insulation installed in a flat and there is an old disconnected header tank in the roof which is blocking the manhole and needs to be removed. I expect it may need to have the roofing iron lifted to remove it. As long as the floor is high enough to allow access for underfloor insulation to be installed then we also need a manhole cut in the floor, probably in the wardrobe.
