Single 9x3.m garage

Please see attached plans for the project. This is a new timber framed garage, shadowclad cladding, mono-pitch roof on an existing concrete slab. Building consent has been issued and the plans have been measured for quantities. I was going to build myself but do not have enough time. I have quotes for material supply, so quote for labour only. as well as manufacturing plans for the pre-nail framing.
