Table

Posted 10 years ago

I would like a table built. It would be about 1100mm x 1100mm, by about 720mm high. I have very limited space, so I'd like the table to have additional features. I'd like the basic table to look like the photograph I've attached. To be able to position my TV at the back of the table, with a low shelf that runs the length of the table and a similar shelf underneath the front part of the table for the video recorder. It's like a desk/table. I'd like the table top to be made from pi...

Deck, french doors, ensuite and laundry.

Posted 10 years ago

I would like a 30m2 deck to be built with seating at one end. Once finished the deck level will be about 600mm off the ground - this is just a bit lower than the level of the french doors leading from the dining room. I would like french doors installed, place for french doors is currently a window. Our house is a weatherboard type. The ensuite is to be built from existing laundry area, with extra area taken from bedroom. The end result to be ensuite and separate laundry.

Driveway extension

Posted 10 years ago

I have a piece of land (approximately 75 sqm) adjoining my driveway which is currently grassed. I want to convert it into extra parking space, so I am looking to lay out concrete on it. I want the material to be the same as the driveway, and I want it to be of smooth finish. There is a medium-term plan of erecting a double garage on the area in the future as well, so I would prefer the concrete to be strong enough to support a garage. Quotes please. I'm looking at cost-effective solutions...

Windows

Posted 10 years ago

we need 3 small windows fixed. They are small windows you push out and are at the top of the window configuration in one bedroom and lounge. It is a state house (the windows are of that era) They don't shut properly at the moment and let in lots of draft. The hinges look like they have dropped so they just need pushing up and in, the windows can then be nailed or screwed shut. The access to the outside of the window will need a ladder as it is the top level where the windows are.
