Certificate of Acceptance for retiled showers

I have two retiled showers that need Certificates of Acceptance. The showers were created before I bought the house, but I have retiled and had them professionally waterproofed (and I have the certificates). I need to get the plumbers certificates and I believe a pressure test. I need someone to meet with Council and prepare and lodge the applications on my behalf. If there is work required then I may ask you to do that work . I believe you would have to be a registered and licensed builder to do this work.
