Fence Removal #2

Hi I need a price to remove corrugated asbestos fence paneling. I've been told what I have isn't the bad asbestos, but to me asbestos is asbestos. Approx 40m-50m lineal metres. some is 1.6m high others sections of the fence just 600-800mm high. I've been told it is easy to remove, just grind the heads of the nails off then just remove the asbestos panels. The bushes next to the fence will be removed or cut back prior to work commencing. Starting February-March is fine

50 Dillon St

The property has two buildings on it which were built in the early 1950s. I am going to keep the smaller building on the southern side and demolish the main house. Once that is done then will build new house at rear of the section (Western boundary) I am nearly 100% sure the cladding is asbestos so needs to be removed before I demolish the building. Asbestos cladding removal - Class B

class B licensed asbestos removal company required for removal of asbestos reinforced composite soffits, cladding, and assistance with electrician removing switch board. Shed demolition

I have a shed with what is probably Hardie rusticated weatherboards (i.e. asbestos containing). The shed needs to be demolished. There are approximately 10 -15 squ metres of weatherboards (it is only part of the shed that has this cladding). The shed is inside a fenced swimming pool area, and close to the pool. It is at the rear of a town section. There is no vehicle access to the shed area, but easy parkiing at the front of the house, about 20 metres from the shed.

Asbestos inspection and removal on ceiling. 2

We have speckled powder like ceiling all throughout our house. It was built in the 1980s and are the third owners. We weren't given any indication that it may be asbestos on purchase but as the years go by, some of the 'powder' has come away from the ceiling and we would like to know whether it is dangerous and how much it would cost to have removed.
