Remove lino from laundry

Our laundry is approximately 6 square metres and we have old linoleum on it that needs to be removed. The lino has asbestos backing on it, we have had this tested and it is chrysotile or white asbestos. The lino is on a concrete floor. At the end of the removal the floor needs to be in good condition so that we are able to have have new vinyl laid on it.

New Roof

I have a 1940s state house that is 70 sq meters needing to have the asbestos roof changed for colour steel roofing in the next month before the laws change regarding having to wrap a house before you remove asbestos. There is also no lining due to the age of the house. We also need to replace the spouting. We also need a brick chimney moved out of the ceiling as it is not braced. And we would also like ply wood put against the brick party wall to protect and brace against earthquakes.

Can you help us remove an asbestos flue?

Hi, we have a on old (1970's) central heating unit we are trying to remove. It contains an asbestos flue which starts at the boiler under the house (great access, can stand up), extends upwards through a bedroom closest and then exits the house through the roof (cathedral ceiling, no cavity). Because the flue runs through a bedroom we need it removed carefully and safely and ideally, we would like the roof reinstated as well but can arrange this separately if needed.

They said the asbestos was removed in large sheets with very little crumbling and recommended I use a mask and clean the attic myself. The attic has stairs up and the bit I use also has flooring. We have a low-pressure hot water system which is being removed from our house. It has an asbestos flue and sits on an asbestos tile approximately one-meter square. I would like someone to come and remove these components for me. Both pieces appear to be in good condition at the moment. The work needs to be completed on a day to be determined, but withing the next two weeks due to other project dependencies.

I found quite a lot of broken asbestos fibrolite panels buried in our garden - wanting to dispose of them safely. I removed most of them (?) and put them in bags before I was aware of good practice around this. They'll need to be re-bagged and sealed properly I think. Someone with experience doing this to help would be great. I'm also concerned about soil contamination - there's white dust in the soil around the area, so it should be removed too.
