We have bought a 1950's house which has been renovated a couple of times. I suspect half of the roof and possibly the garage cladding is asbestos. I would like a qualified expert to do a thorough inspection of our property (including ceiling space and under house) to identify any asbestos in the property and determine the best options for removal. House is approx 190sqm plus double garage and also separate garden shed, Pretty good access to under house (mostly) but pretty tight in the ceiling. Roof easily accessible by ladder, house is two story so quite high from the ground at some points.
