Asbestos textured ceiling removal

Looking for 2 things 1)- Ball park price to remove textured asbestos ceiling from 90 sqm apartment at Herbert Gardens the Terrace (Wellington). 2)- Date / time, when someone could come to the apartment to do an actual quote....needs to be within 10 working days. Context - We are wanting to put an offer on an apartment and will be making a condition regarding the asbestos (so it would be good to have a 'ball park' figure to help us determine our offer price. Should our offer be successful we will then need a full quote within 10day...to for fill the offer / conditions.
