102 Sq m of asbestos ceiling to be removed. (site estimate thing would only let me select up to 20sq, but accurate area is 102 by my measure) chrysolite. lab report available Flats are vacant. 2.4 ceiling height and hasn't been applied to mouldings etc. Has been painted but appears to scrape easily when tester took samples. Easy access.

We require 2 quotes from companies to have sheeting removed from site and all paper documentation as would be required for Asbestos Removal, as part of a 1965 batch alteration/extension approx 120m2 of sheeting. A scaffold will be erected and Wrapped. It is the upper floor level only as the base of property is block. We also have placed an add for the pre inspection/test so if you can do both then thats important and helpfull.

We are requiring an inspection and testing to confirm weather or not the sheeting is Asbestos, since it was built in the 1965 era, we need to confirm before the alterations begin. It is on the second storey but can reach areas from step ladder if samples need to be taken.

Hi, I have about 9 fence panels which I believe are asbestos panels, that I need to dispose of. As shown in the photos. Two have already been taken down, and are in the garage, amd I need to get the rest removed. I’m happy to either remove them myself and create a pile to be picked up and disposed of (could even bag them if I can find large bags somewhere), or someone could remove the panels from the fence and dispose of them, whatever’s easier. I took down a small area of fibre cement cladding from around a courtyard on the weekend (approx 4-5 sq.m) and placed in skip bag, prior to realising it may contain asbestos. Testing has confirmed it does and now need it disposed of. Also need advice on potential cleaning of car that transported timber joinery that may have picked up dust also.
