We requested an asbestos survey prior to purchasing our home. The survey was completed before the deadline and appears to be thorough. We were satisfied with the survey and report. Communication could have been better. I received no confirmation the the testing had been booked or performed (we learned this from the real estate agent). Two days prior to our dead-line I rang Asbestos Testing NZ and learned that the report was to be ready that day.
