Remove asbestos roof remove insulation and vacuum to make safe to re roof. Single storey house low pitch roof I have just got the tape out and I meshare the roof foot print at 185sm the roof is in fairly good condition for its age with sort length sheets Would need to work in with roofers to some extent so not open to long. I am also posting for a new roof so if you do roofs or have someone that you work with that is compettive I happy to do a deal
