3 Lot Subdivision Papatoetoe suitable house designs required

My partner and I are in the process of a 3 lot subdivision on our property in Papatoetoe and we require an architect/designer to design for us the 3 properties. The elevations etc need to be submitted along with all other relevant info when we apply for the resource consent etc for the subdivision. This is the last thing we require so the plans need to be drawn up very quickly so please only express your interest if you can deliver ASAP. Also I have a very limited budget so if you know your prices are at the higher end its probably best not to waste either of our time :)
