Approx Drafting costs for residential building extension

We are wishing to extend our current property by adding a hallway leading into a "kids living" room. Hallway measurement would be approx 2m x 3.75mL, which starts from an existing lounge window, leading into a room approx 3.5x4.5. There is drainage underneath where we are wishing to build at a depth of approx 3.6m. What I am seeking is approx costs to draw plans that are submittable to council for the appropriate consents etc based on the above description. Understand that this would be approximate only and subject to further discussion
