"Home owner needs to be aware the scope of work is a full home extension, our standard fee remains unchanged for 3 years in operation and no one else says cost is high. Our two technicians spent 43 hours, myself spent 20 hours on QA and drawings, we included title searching fee and consenting application process, no surcharge on RFIs if there are any. Two weeks delay caused by employees caught Covid during Omicron spread and we explained to owner. All her phone calls were taken by myself in time"
